Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Delivery time

Orders received on weekdays before 12:00 are processed the same day. The production time is 1-2 days. In normal cases, the delivery time is 6-14 working days (these are left in the terminal during weekends, so it depends entirely on which day you order). During holidays and red days, unfortunately, the mobile shell may be delayed a few days.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation is sent to your email when the purchase has been completed. There you will find information regarding delivery address, contact person, as well as a list of all products in order and the final cost. If there are problems with an order, you are welcome to email us at info@roarsweden.se, it is also fine to chat with us when the chat is open.

If you choose to email in, you can write your order number in the subject line and it will be faster for us to find your order in the system.

Shipping options

In the checkout you have 2 options at the moment, it takes place from Holland, the delivery in Sweden is via Postnord.

Standard Shipping (Trackable 7-14 days)

When choosing Standard Shipping 7-14 days, additional shipping is SEK 29, free shipping for purchases over SEK 699.

Express shipping (Trackable 3-7 days)

With the delivery option Express Shipping 3-7 days, additional shipping is SEK 69, free shipping for purchases over SEK 999.

Collection

We currently do not offer take-out.

Payment

Payment can be made via bank/credit card, direct payment, Swish, invoice or partial payment.

Invoicing is via Klarna, read more about terms and conditions under the "Pay" tab.

    We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. For maximum security, we also use 3DSecure. Card purchases are free of charge.

Return

In case of return, please contact our customer service at info@roarsweden.se so we can handle your return as soon as possible.

Changed

We currently do not offer exchanges, you must return your item to receive a full refund and then place a new order with your new product.
