Shipping
All our products are manufactured and shipped from a factory in Riga and one in Amsterdam.
All our products are partly made by hand; it therefore takes between 7-14 days from order to get it home to you.
When the product is ready, it is sent out from our warehouse located in Riga and from there it usually takes about 2 days before the package reaches other EU countries.
The phone cases are usually sent the same day, but depending on shipping, it takes 3-14 days.
In the future, we will reduce the number of days considerably.
We apply unit shipping for delivery with Postnord (within the country) to your postal agent, which means you pay a fixed shipping fee of SEK 29 for trackable standard shipping regardless of how much or how little you shop and SEK 69 for express shipping.
If you shop for more than SEK 800, we offer standard shipping (SEK 29).
Over SEK 1,200 we offer express shipping (SEK 69).

When you have placed your order, you will receive an email within 12-48 hours, where you can follow your order from manufacturing until it is sent to your mailbox.
After dispatch, you will receive a package number in your email.

If your order has already been processed, we often don't have time to cancel it, so we have to make sure to return it upon delivery.

At present, unfortunately, our system cannot do any exchanges, only returns and refunds. You therefore need to return the item you do not want and get the money back, then you can place a new order with the item you wish to receive instead.
If you bought an item with a discount code, please contact customer service at info@roarsweden.se and we can help you before you place a new order if the discount code you previously used is no longer valid. This is because we cannot add discount codes afterwards.
Returns
Of course! Even though we strive to give you a maximum experience, it can't always turn out as planned!
- You have 14 days right of return from receiving your item.
- The product must be unused and still in the same new condition as when it was received.
- The product must also be in its original packaging , with notes and labels remaining.

Complaint
All products you buy from Roar Sweden AB must be of the highest quality. If your product was unexpectedly defective when you received it, we ask you to start a complaint as soon as the defect is noticed.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a consumer must report a fault within a reasonable time as soon as you have discovered the defect. Faults that are discovered on goods within a reasonable time, i.e. 2 months, count as complaints. The defect must be original, i.e. a production error. Normal wear and tear and products older than two years are not a complaint. If you want to start a complaint, please send a picture and description of the defect to info@roarsweden.se
Each claim is processed and assessed manually, so it can take 14-45 banking days before you see your refund in your account. Unapproved complaints are returned to the sender.
