Terms of purchase

1. General conditions
Roarsweden.se applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To complete an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years of age or have a guardian's consent. Read more about how this law protects you as a consumer at Konsumentverket .se

2. Order

We only accept orders through our webshop, www.roarsweden.se .

Incoming orders are answered with a written order confirmation via email.

3. Prices

All prices are stated including VAT and in Swedish kronor. You will see the total amount to pay at checkout.

4. Payment

  • Klarna's payment options

    Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:

    • Pay within 30 days: Payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods. The conditions for paying within 30 days can be found here .
    • Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay in installments for their purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total used credit amount or in accordance with the conditions approved at the checkout. For more information about Klarna Account including general conditions and Standardized European consumer credit information you can find here.
    • Pay Directly: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account is debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been completed or the item has been shipped. The terms and conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
    • Bank transfer: Your account is debited immediately after the order is placed.

    In order to be able to offer a set of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order details with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend that you read our privacy policy here .

3D Secure
We use 3D Secure, a security solution developed by VISA and Mastercard for payments in Internet shopping, this means that the customer must also confirm the purchase with some other verification in addition to their card details. The transfer of money takes place with SSL encryption. This means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.

5. Delivery time

Delivery takes place within From Amsterdam to Sweden with DHL where Postnord makes the final delivery.

Our products are manufactured directly upon order, the total time to get your product to your mailbox is 7-14 days.

Orders received on weekdays before 12:00 are handled the same day, production time is normally 1-2 days. Normally, the delivery time after manufacturing is 4-7 days if you live in southern Sweden. Otherwise, the delivery time is 7-12 days for Northern Sweden.

6. Delivery delay

If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that it takes up to 14 days to receive your product as these are made by hand.

7. The shipping

Shipping of SEK 29 including VAT is added to all orders. Free shipping on purchases over SEK 699.

8. Warranty

Warranties on the products are set by manufacturers and suppliers, but we of course comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, where complaints within 6 months from the date of purchase apply. Of course, we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, which is why we encourage you to contact us if there is a problem with the product and we will resolve it.

9. Right of withdrawal

Roarsweden.se applies the Distance Agreements Act. This means that you, as a customer, have 30 days right of withdrawal from receiving the item and that you should send the item back within 30 days from the notified right of withdrawal. The item must be returned in unchanged condition and in the original packaging for a full refund, if these requirements are not met, we have the right to make a deduction as a result of the item's value reduction (the customer will be notified of this).

You are only responsible for the return costs that are already on you if you have returned the entire order, if the package is partially returned, you are responsible for both round-trip and return shipping (SEK 39 + return), which will be charged to you when the return is registered. As soon as we have received the goods back, you will be refunded in the same way as you paid.

If you choose to send the products back on your own/with your own waybill, this must be done with the "Parcel" service at Postnord, otherwise there is a risk that the package will end up with the agent, unfortunately we are unable to pick up these packages.

The form above is not required for returns/rights of cancellation, but can be used when the consumer wishes to cancel an agreement, according to the rules in the Act on distance agreements and agreements outside business premises (SFS 2005:59)

10. Refund

In the case of a refund, the order amount is sent back within 30 working days using the same payment method as at the time of purchase. If the entire order is returned, the consumer is only responsible for return shipping, in the case of a partial return, the consumer is charged for both return and return shipping.

If the refund takes place in another way, we contact the consumer to actively approve it.

10. Complaint

The consumer has 36 months' right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. 2 months is always considered a reasonable time for notification. The consumer must be reimbursed for any shipping costs and other costs incurred in connection with the complaint, such as petrol costs, parking costs, telephone costs and the like.

11. Unredeemed Packages

If for some reason you do not redeem your package, you must pay the costs of shipping and our handling. Unredeemed packages are charged a fee, currently SEK 200 including VAT. The fee is charged in arrears.

12. Security

Personal data is protected from external intrusion and handled according to provisions in the Personal Data Act PUL.

Roarsweden.se guarantees never to disclose your personal data or e-mail address to third parties, unless there are special reasons, e.g. that police, prosecutors or the like request information.

13. Reservation

Roarsweden.se reserves itself against inaccuracies in the content and price list on the website.

14. Cookies

Roar Sweden AB uses cookies. Cookies contain information that we use to improve the website and to be able to provide our visitors with the best service and experience possible.
